Great installation crew: on time, cleaned up during the installation, plus JD was always checking on the job in person and his communication was at least daily and available to answer questions. My new wood floors are so gorgeous!!!

The service we received was wonderful. We were in the middle of relocation from another state so logistics were complicated. JD made this an easy, smooth process and the results were fantastic.

North Texas Wood floors is a professional company that exceeded my wildest expectations. Sales person, JD Wittwer did an excellent job of describing the types of wood floors available, types of wood and the installation. The installation crew was very attentive to our desire to get the perfect stain for our house. The hand scraped workmanship was OUTSTANDING as well as the finish layers they applied to the floor. I consistently get compliments about our floors and I am very happy that I chose North Texas Wood Floors for our wood floors.

Project consisted of tear out of warped hand scrapped wood flooring in a major part of the first floor and matching the color to the portion of the floor that was not removed. The workman arrived on time each day and went to work immediately upon arrival. The timeframe given to complete the total project from start to finish was exact, the workmen were professional and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. My wife and I are extremely pleased as to the final product and would utilize North Texas Wood Floors in the future and we strongly recommend their organization to anyone considering hiring a company to do wood flooring work in their home.

Our floors are beautiful! We are so pleased with them. Our experience with JD Wittwer and the floor guys was wonderful! Cordial, professional, and so efficient. They adjusted schedules to work with us when we had some unforeseen events. They offered some constructive advice, and we were delighted to accept their recommendations.
